In 2017 an estimated 72,000 Americans died of drug overdoses. These Americans are our children, parents, friends and neighbors. Each night, families across the country have a newly empty seat at their dinner table.
As we approach International Overdose Awareness Day, we are releasing our new Overdose Reversal Toolkit to empower patients, families and communities to come together and turn the tides of this deadly epidemic. This free resource contains training videos on how to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose, information about how to administer naloxone, harm reduction education, resources and further reading.
